Rustom Padilla asked for a voluntary exit

Words from Rustom last night.

Hindi ko po alam kung papano ko uumpisahan, kung sa madaling pananalita, gusto ko sanang mag voluntary exit.”

Rustom explained his reasons, “Napagisipan ko lang, kagabi pa, hindi ko kasi alam kung totoo na nung pumasok ako dito, hindi ko inisip na competition, akala ko, magkakaron ako ng kaibigan, makakakilala ng bagong kilala. Maipakilala ang sarili….. Pinakilala ko sarili ko buong puso, binuksan ko ang dibdbi ko, pinakita ko kugn pano magalit, virutues, values. Kahapon na-realize na hindi malinaw sa akin kung anong criteria ng pinasok kong competition, at hindi naging malinaw ang sagot para sa akin.

Nung na-nominate ako, I honestly feel na parang walang wala akong kalalagyan. Pero sa akin, parang ung rason na binigay saken, kahit anong pakisama gawin ko dito, hindi ko daw kelangang ng PBB, e hindi importante. naging dahilan para maging disturb ako at naaapektuhan ang pakikitungo ko. Bumabalik din sa akin its not really important to be a big brother winner. Whats important is, naipakilala ko ang sarili ko, siguro I think Ive earned my family's respect and thats the important thing.”

Official Tally of Votes for the 5th Eviction

Rico Robles 5th Evictee of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition

Toni Gonzaga declared ""I’m sorry, you are the 5th evictee, magpaalam ka na sa iyong mga ka-housemates…… Rico”." The results of the text votes were as follows: Zanjo with 39.7%, followed by John with 32% and Rico with 28.3%.

John, Zanjo and Rico hugged and the housemates then escorted him outside the house. John set up a pictorial with Rico and the rest of the housemates with Rico clutching the collague that they made for evicted housemate Roxanne Barcelo as graduation gift.
“Mom, Dad, you boy is out!’, Rico said before going out the house. “See you guys in two weeks!” He tells the six remaining housemates. “Walk by Faith!” was the last thing they heard from him.



Toni Gonzaga surprised him with his lady love’s presence, Roxanne Barcelo. Rico, in turn, gave her the gift that they prepared for her. Roxanne beamed and smiled and posed with the gift.

Roxanne Barcelo ended her journey at PBB

Roxanne Barcelo voluntarily left the PBB house for her graduation day on Saturday.
According to the PBB house rules, if a housemate wants to leave they must first report to the Diary Room and give their reasons for leaving. Housemates leaving voluntarily or being asked to leave may be replaced at Big Brother's discretion. At 7pm, Big Brother summoned Roxanne to ask her if she has made her final decision. “Pinipili ko na po na lumbas ng bahay para maka-attend ng graduation.” she informed Big Brother.

Of the votes cast, 14.5%) voted for Gretchen and the remaining percentages, 32.4%, 26.6% and 24.5% belonged to either Zanjo, Rico or John. This means that Rico, Zanjo and John are still facing eviction on Saturday.

Nominees were:

John Pratts - Yesterday he waxed all his hairs from below the neck area; that's from his armpit to his legs; a painful task but has a relieving reward. He saw his mom, dad and ms. camille pratts. Tears flooded the Big brother house, is it because of happiness or just the pain he got from the waxing LOL "just kidding".


Zanjoe Marudo - hmmm, what if Zanjoe got evicted tonight? What will happen to the bianca-zanjoe romance inside PBB. I'm sure alot of their fans will not be happy about that.

Rico Robles - Well, well. rico again for the 4th time. Why is it that the housemates doesn't like his company? Does he have a personality problem or Do they "the HM" have the problem :)

Celebrity housemate Keanna, who was instrumental in Rustom's decision to reveal the biggest secret of his life, is being tapped by Big Brother to convince Budoy to reveal one of his biggest secrets!

For her newest task, the Kilabot ng Senado must persuade Budoy to remove his headpiece and expose his hair! And the only way she would be able to accomplish the task is to completely earn the trust of the M16 of Samar. “Nais kong maging kumpleto ang pagtitiwala sayo ni Budoy. Malalaman ko lang na kumpleto na ang tiwala niya sayo kung mapapakita niya ang nasailalaim ng kanyang pudong. Ito'y hindi niya kailangang ipakita sa ibang housmates, sa'yo lang,” Big Brother told Keanna yesterday.

Waxing reward: John finally sees his family

After enduring an hour and half of excruciating waxing pain from his neck down, John Prats was finally allowed to see his family. In a heartbreaking scene, John hugged his mother, Elma Prats inside the confession room.

“I love you”, John cried.
“Proud na proud ako sayo. Masakit?”, his mother said.

Mommy Elma Prats was not allowed to stay long and had to leave. “Ingat ka,” she whispered to John who seemed unable to let go of his tight embrace.

He was also able to see his sister, actress Camille Prats and his father from the other side of the two-way mirror.

Aside from the reward of seeing his family whom he has been missing for almost a month now, Big Brother also rewarded 5 Promac appliances to John Prats for his bravery.

Moments after his family has left him, John was still crying and it took him several moments to go back to normal.

Four housemates face possible eviction this week at the Big Brother House

Gretchen Malalad, Zanjoe Marudo, Rico Robles, John Pratts

A veteran of nomination nights and three first timers complete the list of nominees for this week! In the results for the 4th round of nomination, Rico faces possible eviction for the 3rd time! The others who are also in the brink of being ousted from the house are Gretchen, John and Zanjoe.

The Karate Chick topped the list of nominees with 11 nominations. Zanjoe came in second with 7 points while John and Rico each received 3 nomination points.


Two Evictions in one week. Yes! 2 Housemates will be eliminated this week!

For this week, two celebrities will be leaving the house through the regular eviction process. The first eviction for this week will be held on Wednesday night, where the nominee who will get the least number of votes will be evicted. The voting contest for the remaining three nominees will continue until Saturday night for the 2nd round of eviction this week. The nominee who will get the least number of votes will also have to say goodbye to the other housemates. By the end of the week, Big Brother's house will be more spacious for the housemates! Aleck Bovick is 3rd person voted off Pinoy Big Brother

Aleck Bovick was 30 percent shy of the text votes earned by the highest nominee, Kilabot ng Senado Keanna Reeves who garnered a whopping 63% followed by the divang koleyila,Roxanne Barcelo who garnered 23.4%.

This makes Bovick the third person to be evicted from the PBB house following the heels of Hunk Daddy Christian Vasquez who was evicted last week. A beaming Bovick was welcomed by her father, her boyfriend, actor Carlo Maceda and her sister in the studio.

Rico, Rustom and Gretchen are back!

The so-called "sacrificial housemates" of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition have returned to Big Brother's house. Rico and Gretchen retuned before Midnight while Rustom only went back this morning.

At around 6PM yesterday, Big Brother took the three housemates out of the house together with all of their belongings. This was part of their decision to switch places with the current nominees, Keanna, Aleck and Roxie and save them from possible eviction. Read Full Story

Switching Places in the Big Brother House

Tears flooded once more in the house when Rustom, Rico and Gretchen left. The three agreed to leave the house to save their friends who were nominated for eviction. Rico did it for Roxanne; Rustom for Keanna and Gretchen for Aleck.

Keanna told Rustom that she felt honored and sad that he was leaving while Rico counseled Roxanne to be strong and to learn from his decision to leave. Gretchen and Aleck made up before Gege’s exit and hugged tightly.



Yesterday afternoon, Big Brother asked Rustom, Rico, Bianca, and Gretchen if they are willing to switch places with their friends. Rustom, Bianca and Gretchen agreed readily. Rico declined at first but changed his mind afterwards.

Since both Bianca and Rico were willing to save Roxanne, they had to make a decision between themselves on who will really save Roxanne. Rico volunteered and Bianca tearfully admitted that she really wanted to stay and she does not want to make the decision for Roxanne.
Big Brother also summoned Roxanne to inform her that both Rico and Roxanne wanted to save her and that she has to decide who will really leave. At first, Roxanne chose Bianca and so she was told to retrieve Bianca’s suitcase and inform Bianca. At that time, Bianca and Rico were discussing Roxie’s plight. Roxie had cold feet when she finally came face to face with Bianca, and ran to the confession to tell Big Brother that she had changed her mind. She then tearfully carried Rico’s suitcase and hugged Rico while telling him that she had decided that it would be him who will leave the house. Rico comforted Roxanne and told her that the decision is okay with him.

Keanna and Rustom had a very emotional moment hugging and crying in the hammock. Rico and Roxanne had a serious conversation that turned into a laughing trip in the pool. But Aleck Bovick had the most interesting reaction.


Aleck Bovick cried and got angry with Gretchen's decision.

"Sinabi ko na tapos na ako, gusto ko ng umuwi, alam mo na dapat ang gagawin ko, di ko narining ang boses nya nung monthsary namin, di ko nakita ang tatay ko..di mo alam ang sitwasyon ko...kung ako ang papapapiliin kay keanna, ako ang lalabas dahil di pa sya ready...", Aleck angrily began.

Gretchen interrupted her and said, ‘Respetuhin mo ang desisyon ko"

Aleck hollered back, "Sana nirespeto mo ako... anong magpapa-epekto... magbabasag ako ngayon gabi, wala akong pakialam"

Aleck was visibly angry with Gege’s decision that she took off her lapel microphone and stormed out into the garden. She was crying the entire time until she went to the altar room to pray.

Even when her other housemates were consoling her and talking to her, Aleck was still angry.
She felt that Gretchen did not really know her and did not understand her motives.

Roxanne Barcelo is finally free

Roxie has finally found her smile after her emotional episode with her alleged boyfriend Marti Gallego. She has severed her ties with Gallego and has publicly apologized for any hurt she may have inadvertently done. Her housemates have supported her and have advised her to be strong.

Bianca has gotten good advice from Rustom on how to deal with her estranged father. Keanna and John have resolved their differences and have found a way to demonstrate their affection. Aleck has strengthened her resolve to stay at the house. Even Rico have finally cleared the issues that muddle his relationship with Roxanne.

Gretchen and Budoy have proven themselves good listeners for their fellow housemates who are facing emotional crisis. Gretchen listened to Roxie while she cried nonstop minutes before her emotional on-air confession that she does not have a boyfriend.
Budoy have provided comic relief as usual.

ALAS! Pinoy Big Brother Roxanne Barcelo issue was resolved.

Roxanne stated on PBB Live an hour ago

“We were together noong February 14, 2005. We broke up end of November. We didn’t talk until January 26. We reconciled. I knew I was coming here (PBB). We fixed things. We did, but I asked if he could bear with me because I went through a lot of changes, was going to face a bigger challenge. I wanted to us to start over as friends. Together. He respected that. Time came na nag-uusap sila ng family ko. It was difficult for me. Nakita ko message niya sa TV…. I needed to think about things. His parents didn’t know that we broke up yata… Then I heard he was moving on. Sinabi ko na pinag-usapan naming to try again.”

Big Brother then asked if it was possible that Roxie might have misled Marti into thinking that they are still together. Roxanne replied, “Siguro. I didn’t want to hurt him. Nagkamali po ako. I’m sorry.”

It came slowly, in measured words, and soft tones but it was loud and clear: Marti Gallego is not her boyfriend.
